The Pair Project

The Pair Project was founded by Emma Dunne and is a private matchmaking service for people who want a more personal way to meet someone.

Emma worked in HR for years before becoming a matchmaker. Getting to know people, listening properly and understanding what matters to them have always been at the heart of her work. She has a Master’s in HR Management, awarded with Distinction, and has also trained with the Matchmaker Academy. Clients often tell her that she’s friendly, personable and easy to talk to, and that they feel comfortable being open with her without fear of judgement.

Emma takes the time to get to know each client as a person: their life, their sense of humour, their values, what hasn’t worked before and what they’re hoping to find. She uses what she learns about each client to guide her search and make introductions she has true confidence in.

Based on the Wirral and working with people across the UK, The Pair Project offers a full, tailored Matchmaking Membership alongside ‘The Mini Matchmaker’, a more affordable way to be considered for an introduction within Emma’s singles network. For Emma, there’s nothing better than introducing two people who might never otherwise have met. Seeing where that introduction leads and the happiness it can bring is what makes the work so fulfilling.
