I’m a Matchmaker and dating coach. I have been a dating and relationship coach for over 10 years, helping clients deal with heartache and build confidence to move on. I realised that many of my clients were struggling to find love, so I created love after 50 to bring people together.

I qualified as a Matchmaker with the internationally renowned Matchmaker Academy, and I am a member of the ABIA giving my members the reassurance that I have had the best training to help them in their search for love and work to a code of practice set out by the ABIA.

Matchmaking has been around for hundreds of years, and it is making a comeback as more people are feeling disappointed with online dating and looking for other more sincere ways of finding a partner. As a matchmaker I make sure that we meet all our clients in person and ask for photo ID as reassurance to our clients that the person is who they say they are.

Dating can be a scary thought for some who have been on their own for years, we also offer a Mock Dating service where the client has a date with one of our coaches or a carefully selected man or woman who can help the client feel at ease and steer them through their first date, giving them feedback and advice.

Coaching is about letting go of the past, learning new behaviours, understanding relationships, and growing confidence. Matchmaking is about listening, discovering, and getting to know a client on a personal basis to find what they are looking for, so it’s a great combination! Online dating is great for some but for others it feels soulless and unsafe. With a matchmaker you are tapping into a database of vetted clients that are serious about finding love.
